Where the car and installed app support them, Hanterill can run certain service actions. Each needs its own confirmation. The car may still refuse a protected routine.

None of this happens without your explicit confirmation. The actions below can change the car. Hanterill asks you to confirm each one and shows only actions available in the installed app.

Clearing fault codes
Before clearing fault codes, you can save the details the car recorded with them. Hanterill then clears the selected control units and scans again to show which codes remain. A separate, optional restart is available for codes that stay latched, but it will not run while the car reports a driving mode. Compare the before and after results in Fault Codes.
Availability
Available routines depend on the car and the installed version of Hanterill. Some are protected by the car's security level. Hanterill can check whether that level is locked, but it cannot unlock it. If the car refuses an action, the app shows the refusal instead of marking it complete.
